Refund and Returns Policy

At Exclusive Parts, we understand that sometimes things go wrong or customers simply change their mind; therefore, we always try to make returning an item as straightforward as possible. Please contact our team before returning the item if you have received a damaged/incorrect item or have simply changed your mind. If your item is faulty, please contact us first before returning your item. Most faulty items will undergo a warranty inspection, so it may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have investigated the fault, we will inform you how we must proceed.

We allow 48 hours for notification of these defects following delivery; after this, the cooling-off period remains 14 days for returns. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and date of purchase, and we will authorise your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting Race Haus will not accept a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
